Policies

  • Appointments: They are scheduled with arrival time windows of one half hour because our arrival time can vary depending on traffic and the nature of the appointment prior to yours. Sometimes our schedule may change due to cancellations or emergencies.  If we will be earlier or later than the half hour window of time given to you, we will call ahead.  (And remember that while you and your pet wait in the comfort and peace-and-quiet of your home, you’ve got time to accomplish stuff around the house if you want!)

  • CANCELATIONS: I schedule appointments in geographical areas, so cancellations can mess up my whole day. If you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not or cannot, I reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee, up to the amount of the house call (i.e. $70), depending on the situation.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment is due in FULL at TIME SERVICES ARE RENDERED.

    • I accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.  NOTE: A 3.5% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE ADDED TO TOTAL BILL IF USING A CARD!

I do not see emergencies as I do not have the capabilities (ie equipment and staff) to handle most medical emergencies. I will do my best however to accommodate after hours euthanasias!
